The Class Details:
Speed and Agility Classes are 55 minutes in length with 10 minutes dedicated to a functional warm-up, 20 minutes dedicated to agility drills, 20 minutes dedicated to speed drills, and 5 minutes dedicated to cool down/ stretching and Q&A.
These classes are for athletes that range in age from 10-18 years old.
We suggest 2-3 sessions per week with at least 48 hours between workout sessions.

Three sessions offered every week Tuesdays: 6pm Thursdays: 6pm Saturdays: 10am
