Classes every Saturday
Athletes will learn how to prime their muscles and neurology for speed prior to competition, how to control their center of gravity so they can change direction quicker, proper running dynamics, exercise to increase explosive power and exercises to increase speed endurance.
*No classes 1/15 & 2/19
*Does not include $15 annual membership fee
All players must register and complete a facility waiver in order to participate in any program at Quad Indoor Sports. You can find the waiver and register here.
