Annual Facility Membership

All Quad Indoor Sports players must have a current membership to participate programming. An annual membership is $15/Individual or $40/Family per year.

Beyond being required for programming, a Quad Indoor Sports’ membership gets you:

• 5% off Birthday Parties hosted by Quad Indoor Sports
• Priority program registration
• Discounted programs and drop-in fees
• Online customer preferences, waivers and registration history maintained internally
