PRACTICES AND SCRIMMAGES EVERY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY
Athletes will participate in a 10-15 minute warm-up followed by a league game.
Quad Indoor Sports is proud to present NFL Flag, powered by USA Football, the NFL’s official youth flag football program for boys and girls ages 5-14. Kids not only have a blast practicing and playing the game, but they learn valuable lessons in sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and commitment. These traits that will follow them throughout every aspect of their lives!
8U, 10U, 12U
NFL Flag Football Plus includes 4 weekly practices from 10/17 – 11/23. Practices are available Monday thru Friday at 4,5 and 6pm and are determined by the coach of team. Plus members are also included in our registration for our Thanksgiving Holiday Football Skills Camp on Saturday, November 26th from 10am-12pm. This is an optional program for individual players or full teams. The regular NFL Football League and the Plus program League will be combined to form one league.

Quad Indoor Sports and NFL FLAG makes sure registered flag football coaches can easily get their hands on the tools they need to stay at the top of their game. Certification training includes online coaching education resources such as video-based instruction, animated plays and more.
Officials play an incredibly important role in youth flag football: calling a fair game that emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship and player safety. All officials will be as Certified NFL Flag Football and will follow the Quad Indoor Sports Youth NFL Flag Football rules.
