Quad Youth Fall Classes

Class Details: These classes will meet Mon-Fri for 8 weeks beginning on Sept 9th, 2019 and ending on November 1st, 2019. No class on October 31st, 2019.

Monday: Track & Field Class
Time: 4:10-5:00pm
Ages: 6-11 yrs old
Fee: $110
Description: Children will work on proper running and jumping form. We will concentrate on sprints, hurdles, long jump and standing jump, long distances and relay races.

Monday: OTG Sports Cheerleading Class
Time:4:10-5:00pm
Ages: 6-11 yrs old
Fee: $195
Description: This exciting cheerleading program will introduce you to the basics of cheeleading in a fun and engaging atmosphere. Participants will learn the basic techniques of cheers, jumps and tumbling.

Tuesday: Flag Football Skills Class
Time: 4:10-5:00pm
Ages: 6-7 yrs old
Fee: $110
Description: Children will work on throwing, catching, defending, punting, field goals and route trees. A friendly scrimmage will be run at the end of each class. 

Wednesday: Flag Football Skills Class
Time: 4:10-5:00pm
Ages: 8-11 yrs old
Fee: $110
Description: Children will work on throwing, catching, defending, punting, field goals and route trees. A friendly scrimmage will be run at the end of each class. 

Thursday: Speed & Agility Class
Time: 4:10-5:00pm
Ages: 7-11 yrs old
Fee: $110
Description: Fun drills utilizing hurdles, ladders and cones will help children improve their speed, agility and conditioning.

Friday: Baseball Gameday
Time: 4:10-5:00pm
Ages: 7-10 yrs old
Fee: $110
Description: Children will work on their hitting, throwing and fielding for the first 15 minutes of class. The remainder of the class will be a friendly scrimmage where the players stats will be recorded each week. Each player will receive their statistics for the 8 weeks at the end of the session.

Saturday (CAMP):  OTG Football Camp
Date: Saturday, September 14th
Time: 10:00am-12:00pm
Ages: 7-13 yrs old
Fee: $75
Description: Our high energy non-contact football camp (headed up by former Northwestern star and Chicago Bear Chris Martin) teach the fundamentals of the sport, including passing, receiving, blocking, routes and more. Participants receive top notch instruction from coaches who have played the sport on a collegiate or professional level.
