Any program(s) cancelled by participant will result in a credit equal to 50% of the program fee.

Any program(s) cancelled by Quad Indoor Sports will result in either a  100% credit or full refund.**

Credits can be used on programs only and can not be used for any other type of purchase. (Credits are good for 1 year after issuance)

* *All cancellations resulting from the COVID-19 Pandemic will be credited to our customer(s) DASH accounts. These credits can be used for future field rentals and all programs offered at  Quad Indoor Sports.
