• Rentals are first come, first serve.
• Payment due upon reservation. Rentals are not secured until payment is made.
• Minimum 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. If 50% paid at reservation, a credit/debit card is required to be saved on account.
• 100% of rental fee is due prior to the start of the rental
• All rentals will start and end promptly on time. Rentals that extend past the time period will be billed accordingly
• All participants must have an active FACILITY WAIVER on file prior to stepping on the turf
• Cancellations must be made outside of 24 hours before the requested rental start time
• Cancellations made within 24 before scheduled start time are non-refundable; No refunds will be given
• No outside food or drink is allowed
• Discounts are available for bulk, contractual rentals.

Season rates do apply (April 1 – October 31 & November 1 – March 31)
