QUAD INDOOR SPORTS
YOUTH CLASSES

AUGUST 31st (8 Weeks)

Quad Indoor sports hosts youth classes with different choices of games and activities. Students are encouraged to improve on their existing skills and receive personalized training to take their passions to the next level!

Track and Field

6 - 12 Years Old

Learn the basics fundamentals of the following Track & Field events: sprints, hurdles, long jump, broad jump, long distance and relays.

Monday

4:10pm - 5:00pm

8 weeks

Flag Football

6 - 11 Years Old

Children will work on their throwing, catching, kicking, defending and route running skills. A fun scrimmage will be held at the end of each class.

Tuesday

4:10pm - 5:00pm

Fitness Matrix
Speed and Agility

7 - 13 Years Old

Athletes will learn how to prime their muscles and neurology for speed prior to competition, how to control their center of gravity so they can change direction quicker, proper running dynamics, exercise to increase explosive power and exercises to increase speed endurance.

Sports of all Sorts

7 - 11 Years Old

A different sport will be reviewed each week. We will play soccer, flag football, dodgeball, kickball, frisbee golf, track & field and wiffleball.

Wednesday

4:10pm - 5:00pm

8 weeks

Gameday Baseball

7 - 10 Years Old

Focus will be on hitting in this class. Players will play a hitting game each week and their statistics will be kept and given out at the end of the 8 week class.

Thursday

4:10pm - 5:00pm

Crazy About DodgeBall

7 - 11 Years Old

Is your child looking to duck, dive, dodge and throw? If the answer is yes, then this is the class for them!

Friday
