Quad Indoor Sports hosts youth classes with different choices of games and activities. Students are encouraged to improve on their existing skills and receive personalized training to take their passions to the next level!

Learn the basic fundamentals of the following Track & Field events: sprints, hurdles, long jump, broad jump, long distance and relays.
7-13 Years Old
Maximize your potential by applying greater focus to technique, game intelligence, physical fitness, and proper mindset.
9-13 Years Old
Increase your explosiveness and allow muscles to exert their maximum force in the shortest time possible. This will help with all aspects of their performance while gaining a higher level of football IQ.
10-16 Years Old
Focus will be on hitting in this class. Players will play a hitting game each week and their statistics will be kept and given out at the end of the 8 week class.
7-10 Years Old
Athletes will learn how to prime their muscles and neurology for speed prior to competition, how to control their center of gravity so they can change direction quicker, proper running dynamics, exercise to increase explosive power and exercises to increase speed endurance.
