Step by Step instructions to register for a program on our website!

  1. Click on the “Register” button on the bottom of your desired program page e.g. “Quad Indoor Sports Youth Club Winter League” webpage
  2. Click on the blue “Create Team” button at the top right of the next page
  3. If prompted to log in to Quad Indoor Sports, click on the blue “Log In” button on the top of the page (New customers to Quad Indoor Sports will need to click on “Create Account” button).
  4. Select you desired program e.g. “Youth Club Soccer League 2017
  5. Select the age group of the team you are registering (You are registering the team, and YOURSELF as the team manager – click “OK”)
  6. Click on the “Register new team” selection. Enter Team Name, e.g. “Team Evanston U11 Boys Blue”.  Click “Next”
  7. At the top of the next page, you will see a green box that states: “Sucess, You’re almost done!”  Click on “Go To Team Page”
  8. At the top of this page you’ll see 3 words in blue print, “Schedules” – “Standings – “Team”.  Click on “Team”.  From the drop down menu, choose “Invite“.
  9. In the “To” box, you will enter all the email addresses of the members on your team.  You can also send a personal message to your teammates.
  10. When your teammates receive the email invitation to join the team, they will need to accept the invitation.  At that time they will be automatically placed on the team roster.
